Enter the 2018 Auscontact Association Awards

Regarded as the premier awards program for call centres in Australia, the Auscontact Awards provide businesses with the opportunity to reward excellence in their call centre team and the individuals that work in them. After the judging process is completed, state award winners are announced at a gala event in each State (check our Events Calendar for dates)  with the winner of each category then flown to the National awards night on 19th October in Sydney where the National winners are announced.

This year there are 5 organisation level awards and 9 individual awards:

All individual categories are $440 and organisational categories are $770. Note you (or your organisation) must be an Auscontact Member to apply.
