Enter the 2018 Australian Service Excellence Awards

The Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) has launched their 2018 Australian Service Excellence Awards program that is now in its 18th year. The Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEAs) are Australia’s premier customer service awards event, with attendees coming together each year to recognise best practice and innovation in customer service, highlighting their importance in today’s business climate.

The closing date for applications is 5 June 2018 and the different categories are listed below:

Organisational Categories

  • Customer Service Project of the Year
  • Customer Service Team of the Year
  • Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Large Business
  • Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Medium Business
  • Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Small Business
  • Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Government/Not-for-profit
  • Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Retail
  • Service Excellence in a Large Contact Centre
  • Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre
  • Service Excellence in a Small Contact Centre

Individual Categories

  • Customer Service Executive of the Year
  • Customer Service Manager of the Year
  • Customer Service Leader of the Year
  • Customer Service Professional of the Year
  • Customer Service Advocate of the Year

To enter the 2018 Australian Customer Service Excellence Awards the entry fees are $335 for individual awards and $765 for organisation level awards – both are cheaper if you are a CSIA member.
