Cancelled – 2020 Vision for your CX Delivery
March 26 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am$80
Postponed due to COVID19
Companies are spending billions of dollars on customer service enhancements globally.
According to the inaugural IDC spending guide released in August 2019, spending on customer experience technologies will reach $641 billion in 2022.
According to the guide, the fastest spending growth over the five-year forecast period will be in the AI-driven engagement, interaction management, and ubiquitous commerce fields.
This level of expenditure on relatively new areas of development shows the importance of taking stock of CX delivery, a core component of company, people and society’s health.
However, many organisations are still in the dark when it comes to the why, how or how much of CX delivery assessment and benchmarking they should be undertaking.
The International Standards Organisation has issued the ISO 18295, a customer service delivery standard that provides a framework to define areas required to provide service and appropriate measurements.
This two-hour seminar will cover:
- Understanding the framework and how it is applied in CX delivery across any organisation
- Showcasing of benefits that customers, organisations and individuals have gained, based on real-life case studies
- How to make CX assessment easy and fast: a 4 step approach to elevate your power to deliver better CX
- Peer networking
Light breakfast will be provided
Auscontact members $40, non-members $80.
