Vinod Muthukrishnan is the Chief Growth Officer of Cisco’s Contact Centre Business Unit.
In this role, Vinod leads all go-to-market activities of the business unit including strategic communications, marketing and partner & sales enablement. He was previously Co-Founder/CEO of CloudCherry, a customer experience management platform, which was acquired by Cisco in November 2019.
Prior to that, he spent seven years at sea as a First Officer before running Global Sales at Market Simplified.
Based in the Bay Area, Vinod enjoys cricket and expanding his library of leadership and P.G. Wodehouse books.
