As we embark on the new decade there’s an air of anticipation. What are our expectations in a changing world? What do tomorrow’s experiences look and feel like for our customers? How will CX management evolve? Human CX or machine CX and what is our role?

In our first Meetup, our panel will discuss CX 2020.

We will explore the macro-trends that are informing our work cultures, life/workstyle, technology etc.

Take a deep-dive into customer-led culturs of the future and ask, is the current organisational structure future proof?

We’ll discuss what’s helping us and hindering us in delivering CX excellence.

What do we need more of in the future to meet customers’ expectations?

We’ll look into how technology and artificial intelligence might change the way customers interact with organisations and how this might influence customer relationships.

And ponder, which industries and brands will pioneer our CX future.
