Engaging Voice in Communication
October 31 @ 7:30 am - 9:00 am$50
Voice tonality is all about how we use our voice tone in communication. It impacts customer experience and staff well-being.
The way we speak and interact with each other, our clients and customers always create perceptions of our ability to be trusted and the level of our experience, expertise and authority.
No one really knows what they sound like when they speak. There is minimal training on this subject. The voice on telephone and in the office is the most crucial aspect in all communication and experience.
The way you use your voice impacts on fatigue and strain which can cause your people to feel unwell, lacking energy and can result in absenteeism.
What you will get from this presentation:
- What causes stress and fatigue for team members using their voice constantly.
- The occupational risk and critical aspect of staff wellbeing
- Voice technique and strategies for improving speaking tonality
- How to empower your people to use their voice with greater control and to successfully engage customers
- How to build deeper engagement and more successful customer experiences through voice communication
Light breakfast will be provided.
$50 for Auscontact members, $90 for non-members
