Now in it’s 7th year, GRIST’s Top 10 sales contact centres study showcases which companies run the most engaging, compelling and consistent sales contact centre teams.
The data we collate is based on the analysis of hundreds of inbound sales conversations against GRIST’s framework of over 60 micro-behaviours.
The 2019 Top 10 ranking is measured against the performance of 75 contact centres across banking (split by credit cards, home loans, savings), energy, health insurance, general insurance, logistics, telecommunications and superannuation.
