Leadership qualities needed right now (2pm Session)

September 15 @ 2:00 pm

$30

We are all craving some form of stability and certainty, and you and your people are no different.

As TLs you have spent the last few months focusing on responding to your new work environment, on supporting and leading your people through – now that its evident this environment is not going away anytime soon, how do you continue to be an effective and successful TL?

This workshop is designed around enabling you to identify your key leadership attributes that will help you “right now” create stability and certainty and continue to help your team to develop and grow.

We will share with you:

  • how to have a motivated team by creating stability and certainty for your people
  • how to have the conversation you’ve been putting off
  • enable team member development in a COVID environment

This workshop is part of the Virtual Coffee Workshops and it will be held at 14:00 AEST.

The other events are:

Tue 1 September Coaching for Performance – Home and Office Based
Thu 3 September Setting and managing expectations
Tue 8 September Leveraging your TL effectiveness when you’re in the office
