Leading & Managing Your Team’s Emotions

We all know that people are scared, overwhelmed and confused with such a rapid changing environment. Often people become anxious, and irrational thoughts arise. One day they (or you) seem to have it all together, and the next day you’re pouring ice-cream on your pasta! This session will help team leaders and managers with managing their team’s emotions.
Managing emotions in a crisis requires thought, guidance and structure – we will provide some practical tips to help.
