Generally, on the busiest day and when the business is least prepared to manage them.
This is a Member led event facilitated by the Auscontact VIC State Committee so come along and trade your experiences with our customer contact professionals in the region.
You will come away with ideas, tips and strategies crowdsourced by other attendees across multiple industries on how to prevent absenteeism and attrition, as well as how to manage them when they do happen.
