Nail your Strategy!

In this highly interactive and hands-on workshop, we’ll take you through the four stages of strategic planning to set you up for success. Using tried and tested templates and frameworks, you will leave the workshop with a ready-to-present strategic plan for the year ahead.

Over four sessions, we will cover the following topics:

Session 1 – Developing your Plan
Using a simple ‘plan-on-a-page’ template, we’ll step you through a framework to develop a robust and aligned strategy for the year ahead.

Session 2 – Budgeting for Success
We’ll come back in week two and step you through the approaches, assumptions and information you can leverage to build a budget that supports your plan.

Session 3 – Building the Business Case
In week three, we will guide you through the thinking and frameworks that will help you build an attractive business case to fund your initiatives and quantify their impacts.

Session 4 – Bringing it to Life
Finally, we’ll spend session four exploring how to put your best foot forward to gain buy-in and agreement for your initiatives, and how to effectively plan for success to ensure that you realise the benefits you’ve budgeted for!
