QLD Contact Quality SIG

The Queensland Committee is very excited to invite you to our first in person SIG for almost 18 months!

Our interactive Special Interest Groups allow for like-minded professionals to join together to network and share ideas on the hottest topics affecting contact centre operations.

Providing empathy in customer service allows customer to feel heard, enhance their experience, and leads to satisfaction, even after a negative experience.

With an increase in vulnerable customers and the desire to provide high-quality interactions this session will see guests sharing their experiences and standards and learning from all attendees as well as hearing from industry leaders.

Quality Advisors/Managers, Team Leaders, Operations, Centre Managers and CX practitioners working in all customer channels and industries, this is an outstanding opportunity to learn and network with your industry peers in an open forum.
