In this hands-on, interactive session, we will help you to find the change hiding down the back of the couch and identify where you can squeeze more out of your budget.
Whether you are under pressure to cost control your contact centre, undergoing a period of rapid growth or considerable transformation (or all of the above!), we will help you reshape your budget to set you up for a successful year ahead. We will cover the following topics:
Session 1 – Do It Faster (21st August)
In this session we will focus on opportunities to maximise productivity and reduce wastage, finding efficiencies in your people, process and technology spend.
Session 2 – Do It Better (28th August)
In this session we will explore opportunities to improve experience and minimise rework, saving on the often hidden cost of repeat callers & improving outcomes for your customers and employees at the same time.
Session 3 – Do It Cheaper (4th September)
In this session we will identify opportunities to deliver the same outcomes you do today at a lower cost, whether through revising your channel mix, or right-fitting your operating model and technology stack.
Session 4 – One on One Success Session (Private session)
In this session we will work one on one with you to help you integrate your learnings from the 3 group sessions and apply them to your business for immediate results.
