Will AI Kill the Contact Centre?
During this webinar, we’ll be exploring whether or not Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going to completely kill off the contact centre.
During the presentation, consideration will be given to what some of the analysts are saying about AI, exactly what AI means in the context of a contact centre, why it’s important and how Vonage believes it will play out.
The role of AI will be considered for customer self-service, along with where it can play a part before, during and after the call.
At each milestone, a demonstration will be given to show AI in action in the contact centre.
Lastly, some customer stories will be discussed before moving to the Q&A section of the session.
