Customer Service & Contact Centre workshops in Australia
Workshops can be a great way to learn new skills whether you are in the contact centre industry, customer service or customer experience.
Workshops are typically a bit more ‘hands-on’ than a training course where they are facilitated by an experienced industry professional and involve lots of discussions, demonstrations and examples and lots of exchanging of ideas.
There are now lots of organisations and associations running contact centre workshops, customer service workshops and customer experience workshops providing you with lots of opportunities to find what’s best for you.
Whilst workshops can be run anywhere in Australia, they tend to typically be delivered in the main capital cities like Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart.
