NEC Australia enters the Cloud Contact Centre market
NEC Australia have announced the launch of their Cloud Contact Centre solutions enabling customers a fully scalable contact centre solution.
NEC Australia, a leading technology solutions and services provider has announced it will transform its enterprise contact centre to an Australian-hosted subscription-based Cloud Contact solution.
This will allow customers to control costs without putting constraints on software and hardware limitations, or installation and maintenance overheads.
Clients can provision a small number of agents and scale the solution when required.
This may include adding additional features like call prioritisation, integration with ERP and CRM systems and multi-channel support options.
NEC’s Cloud Contact Centre is powered by Genesys.
