New call centre outsourcer in Sydney formally launches

A new call centre outsourcer in Sydney has formally launched today known as ASTIA. In case you’re wondering, ASTIA stands for Acquisition & Service to Inspire & Achieve so that probably provides you with an insight into the type of services they will be offering.
General Manager Glendon Evarts and Co-Founder Johnny Jusic, have both domestic and international experience in running outsourced operations where a large part of it was spent in the highly regulated Financial Services market.
In speaking to Glendon Evarts, General Manager, there’s no hiding the excitement of officially launching the business. “We initially commenced operations six months ago and have been thrilled to sign on five clients in that time.
Today’s official launch of our brand and new website is a milestone for our business and formally signifies our entrance into the market”.

Having partnered with contact centre technology provider contactSPACE, ASTIA have set about to provide a true OmniChannel experience.
Glendon explained that “we define OmniChannel as the process of holding the customer at the centre of all communication streams, regardless of the engagement channel, the operator dealing with the interaction can see the most recent activity between the brand and the customer”.
