Unity4 rebrand to propel the next stage of growth

Unity4 is pleased to announce the “going live” of its new website unity4.com.

This launch culminates twelve months of development and the adoption of new brand identity including a refresh of “look and feel” and tag line “Good Conversations”.

“We worked closely with external consultants to develop an integrated process. This included talking to our internal staff, doing an international search of best practice as well as meeting with external stakeholders,” said Executive Chairman Dan Turner.

“We believe the positioning line of “Good Conversations” recognises both the enabling nature of the RapportCMS technology and also the unique nature of our at-home agent base in the outsourcing business.

Unity4 always been leading edge with our approach to the contact centre market and perhaps now our new livery and brand identity tends to better support that position,” concluded Turner.
