The Auscontact Association 2015 award winners have been announced.

The 2015 Auscontact State award winners converged at the Sydney Hilton on Friday night ( 25th September) to compete for the title of national Auscontact Association 2015 award winners.

The event brought together contact centre industry professionals and organisations, acknowledged and recognised the important and integral work they achieve in offering excellence in customer service, retention, acquisition and relationship management as said by Fiona Keough, CEO, Auscontact Association.
