We are the team behind the popular CX Central website and the Call Centre Legends Facebook page and for over 8 years we’ve been providing solutions to the call centre and customer experience industry in Australia.

We also run a thriving consulting business and we are acutely aware that there is a lack of quality training options in Australia that are specialised just for contact centres – courses delivered by real industry experts rather than academics.

So we launched CX SKills to resolve it. We don’t run endless courses trying to meet minimum course numbers, in fact, we only run a limited number of high-quality courses throughout the year with quality over quantity our guiding principle!
