Absolutely no relevance to the contact centre industry at all.

However, Brandy was my beautiful dog who sadly passed away in December 2016 and she sat by me for every moment I built this website and first put together this glossary.

And given it’s my website I should be able to have a few little privileges right?

And for anyone who’s owned a pet, you’ll know how much I miss her šŸ™
