Just when you thought it was safe to browse LinkedIn a new acronym has emerged…CEX!
That’s right, you now have every right to scream “I love CEX” in the middle of the workplace.
Actually, probably best you don’t say this out loud in the workplace.
I can already hear the HR people brushing up on their disciplinary warnings for sexual harassment.
So what is CEX?
It is simply a merging of two very important things in your workplace:
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Employee Experience (EX)
We won’t get into the debate about which one is more important, because that was settled a long time ago:
If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the rest – Richard Branson
So yes, whilst CX is important, making sure your employee engagement is high is the best business strategy you can ever make.
