What is a Supervised Learning Chatbot?

The plain English version is a chatbot that continues to learn by analysing responses and answers to ‘learn’ the right thing to say.

The Supervised Learning Chatbot uses a branch of AI called Machine Learning which is essentially based on the idea that machines should be able to learn and adapt through experience.

Scientifically it uses a method of data analysis that automates analytical model building.

In simple words, it enables computers to learn through experience.

What are the benefits of a Supervised Learning Chatbot?

As chatbots continue to learn and act, there is the expectation that the customer experience, and satisfaction, with chatbots will continue to increase.

Like any other element of customer experience, the happier a customer is the more likely you will retain them longer as a customer and they will spend more with your business.
