B2C is the acronym of Business to Consumer describing when businesses deal directly with the end consumer.
Some examples include:
- A customer talking to their energy provider
- A customer purchasing something at a retail store
- A customer buying something at a supermarket
Most of the time as you go about your everyday life you would be considered a B2C customer đŸ™‚
When businesses only deal directly with other businesses it is called B2B.
