The off-phone meeting is the holy grail of call centre life.
A chance to get off the call centre phones and go to a room where there are no customers annoying you.
OK granted, its normally because you are being ‘trained’ in the latest company processes, products etc which is only marginally better than listening to an actual customer, but hell you’ve got to take what you can get right!
Hang on, so what is an off-phone meeting?
Ok so technically off-phone meetings can be used to discuss a variety of things including:
- Performance discussions
- Coaching/training sessions
- One on one discussions
- Company updates
Basically, anything that gets you off the phone 🙂
