The 2017 Government Contact Centre Award Winners
Congratulations to all participants and the winners of the 2017 Government Contact Centre Awards that were announced as part of the IQPC Government Contact Centre Summit now in its 17th year.
The IQPC Government Contact Centre Summit is an annual conference specifically targeted to government contact centre practitioners enabling them to come together to share learnings, benchmark and build their professional networks.
In addition to the conference, IQPC recently introduced an awards program specifically for Government contact centre individuals and centres.
The judging is conducted by IQPC selected judges, typically contact centre industry professionals and includes a written submission and telephone interview.
Congratulations to the following winners:
- Best Contact Centre (under 30 seats): Clean Energy Regulator
- Best Contact Centre (over 30 seats): NSW Department of Justice
- Best People Strategy & Culture: Fair Work Ombudsman
- Best Customer Service Officer: Duc “Jack” Ngyuyen, ATO Helpdesk
