KRAs are short for Key Responsibility and Accountability and are usually included in a Job Description to set key expectations and performance targets.

Essentially KAR’s are like Key Performance Indicators with the addition of the values and behaviours expected.

You’ll normally find KRA’s listed in a Job Description and ideally, they are still referred to when coaching and reviewing performance on a regular basis.
