This launch culminates twelve months of development and the adoption of new brand identity including a refresh of “look and feel” and tag line “Good Conversations”. “We worked closely with external consultants to develop an integrated process. This included talking to our internal staff, doing an international search of best practice as well as meeting with external stakeholders,” said Executive Chairman Dan Turner.
