Introducing the 2017 Auscontact Award Winners

The 2017 Auscontact Award Winners for this year was all about the “Year of the Individual” with the Auscontact Association somewhat controversially dropping their centre award categories for 2017.

So with centre awards out of the picture this year, it provided the opportunity to focus on some of the outstanding individuals that form part of our industry.

To determine who gets the highest honour in the Australian call centre industry a team of experienced judges spent months interviewing and reviewing applications and as a former judge,  I can assure you the judges work incredibly hard!

For those unfamiliar with the process, the judges first announce the state winners for each category in a gala night held in each capital city.

Each of the state award winners are then flown to the National Awards night which this year was hosted in Melbourne at the RACV City Club in Melbourne on Friday, 13 October where the national winners are announced.

In other words, you have to win the state awards first.

Then the national 2017 Auscontact Awards winners are selected from the 5 state award winners.

Industry luminaries gathered to honour the highest achieving individuals and centres in the Australian Contact Centre industry that have stood out amongst their industry peers to demonstrate real passion, leadership and innovation.
